Standard Quadruple room

Right on Universal Orlando property within walking distance to Universal Islands of Adventure and Universal Studios. Nice size room, comfortable bed, and wonderful walk in shower Everything was nice and clean, but the pond out front did have some trash that should be fished out. The staff was polite and welcoming. I liked that you could text the front desk directly. I gave a 9 because of a problem with room service; however, the assistant manager went out of his way to make it right. He comped my food and gave us movie night snacks and drinks as an apology.

Standard Double room (child meal not included)

Really close to the Universal parks Room was beautiful and had everything we needed. Beds were very comfy. Rooms and hotel in general was very clean We were checked in with no issues, staff very friendly and helpful.

We were charge $9 for a bottle of water we didn't use. Had to chase up to get money refunded.

Standard Quadruple room (child meal not included)

The hotel is perfectly situated for access to islands of adventure, citywalk and universal studios. It is either an 8 minute walk or a few minutes in a water taxi direct to citywalk. The express passes were a lifesaver when it was very busy at the parks plus early entry was good.

The room was adequate. The decor was lovely but it was a bit grotty and needed a deep clean.

Standard Double room

Easy walk or boat ride to Universal Studios park Bed was comfortable. If you’re going to the theme park and need a rest break, this is so close to Universal that you can do that. Clean Excellent service! Arrived at 6am to get my unlimited express passes. Staff was really friendly

Standard room

Short & convenient walk from Universal, with nice look and relaxed atmosphere - particularly enjoyed quiet evenings poolside watching Xmas movies projected outdoors. If you’re travelling with a group or family and looking to make most of rides in the Parks it’s well worth paying the small premium for this hotel for a night or two to benefit from the FREE ‘Unlimited Express’ passes. Enabled ride of every attraction in the park (some multiple times) on a visit over a busy weekend. Can’t wait to go back!

On the Universal Studios property. Sushi at Orchid Lounge was excellent and I’m not a sushi lover.

For Tesla owners, you DO NOT have to use valet to use the Tesla charger even if they insist you do. Pay for normal daily parking, but follow signs for “additional parking”. It will lead you to a parking garage and the Tesla chargers are as you drive up from level one to level 2. It is a long walk back, either going around the Royal Pacific ballrooms or just following the road back to the main entrance, but there is literally nothing stopping you from using these chargers.
