It was cheap. Located next to a Walgreens, IHOP, Dennys and McDonald’s. Good Tv with Hgtv channel. Very near Universal Studios.

They charge 10 dollars for receiving packages delivered to the hotel. The room door didn’t work properly and it was hard to open. They didn’t make the bed every day. There was only 1 cart to carry luggage to the lobby.

Nothing at all!!!

Bedding didn't even have fitted sheets or comforter just 5 flat sheets stacked ontop of eachother. They were dirty also. Pillows are small and beds were sinking in middle. Shower had holes in bathtub and toilet also found multiple roaches alive and dead Dirty shower and toilet and floors. Cockroaches In room dead and alive Nasty attitude at front desk not helpful when I called to confirm my reservation I was laughed at and mocked by another employee who didn't think I could hear them...extremely unprofessional bad people everywhere rooms smell of mildew and shit. People smoking weed in rooms towels and bathing suits hanging outside my door on a bush. This is a bad motel I have no idea how ANYONE says it's clean and nice ...far from it anyone who says it's nice must live in the dump with alot of bugs.

This hotel is a great place to rest your head in a busy city! I flew into Orlando from NJ to take my 2 children to Magic Kingdom. I was on a budget so I booked with Rosen Inn after reading reviews. This hotel didn't disappoint. The beds were comfortable, the location was great (we walked to Icon Park at night and then Coldstone!), other stores and restaurants are nearby. The service was GREAT. Every morning when we left, we came back to find that Room Service had emptied our trash and made our beds. Every room had a microwave and fridge which we used because we went grocery shopping the day we arrived. The only "downfall" of this hotel is the decor is a little outdated and upon arriving, there was a musty smell, but really, that's nothing major to complain about. We went there to sleep affordably and we did just that. I would absolutely return. The bed was comfortable and the bedding was soft. Toilet paper and fresh towels were replenished daily. Microwave and fridge were a huge help and worked perfectly. Staff was super polite and helpful at check in and check out. They also helped us when my son locked our car keys in our safe (what a fun surprise!) They sent security to help us retrieve them within minutes.
