NOTHING AT ALL!!!!

At check in the lady clerk almost charged my card twice as she didn't know how zen works and could not see my payment in full. I furnished my mobile receipt and she had no choice but to honor it...The room was disgusting all around. There was mold on the walls, mold on the ceiling, mold on the carpet, mold all over the bathroom and under the floor mat in the shower. I have added a pictured to this review. I went to the rude front desk clerk to tell him about it and ask for a manager, he stated the manager will not be in that day and he could switch rooms if I would like, but the sad thing about that was my family had the room next door and it smelled worse and had the same issues. It was so dirty we hardly touched the sheets to sleep and showered with shoes on our feet. At check out we were advised by the rude clerk that we would get a receipt through email and snatched our key cards from us, we have yet to receive the receipt/email. The mold has caused my husband and I to have breathing issues since we left there. Will NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN AND DO NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR A HOTEL IN THIS AREA. *****THIS HOTEL SHOULD BE CONDEMNED****** MOLD ALL OVER THE ENTIRE ROOM AND BATHROOM. VERY DISGUSTING. DUST, DIRT AND BUGS EVERYWHERE The male clerk was VERY RUDE 2 days in a row. And the cleaning staff did not speak English
