If you’re looking for a 5 star hotel then this is not the one. The rooms are just average. The smokers room was atrocious. I would never choose this hotel again. I boycott crowne plaza altogether. I have a bad experience. I wanted to leave but they refused to refund me. Even when they’ve admitted there hotel has some issues and they haven’t delivered what they promised to have on there website. They are out of contract and I’ve got the right to ask and receive a full refund. But they refused me. I was very disappointed. This is not a 5 star hotel it’s a good 4 star or an excellent 3 star hotel location was great. I’d prefer to stay at aksaray as it’s better to be near the locals. Even the staff were not fluent English spoken.

I have a list of things that were wrong with my first room. I don’t want to go in to it. But let’s just say I wouldn’t choose this again ever.
