The hotel is modern, clean, and well-maintained. The lobby and bar area provide a comfortable setting to enjoy drinks. Guest rooms are well-equipped, tidy, and offer a great view. The spa is excellent, with outstanding massages, and the gym is fully equipped. The pool area is attractive, and the food is generally quite good. Having lunch by the pool is especially enjoyable.

Communication can be challenging, as many staff members have limited English proficiency. The food selection is decent, though some grilled items served at lunch and dinner tend to be cold, and the cold cuts at breakfast are of low quality. Although it was early in the season, the beach was not well maintained. It is rocky, lacks shallow water, and offers an industrial view. While a few staff members are genuinely kind, the majority come across as unwelcoming. My minibar was empty upon arrival and was never restocked, despite reporting it to reception, leaving a note for housekeeping as advised, and raising the issue with customer care—whose manager unfortunately had very limited English skills.

Rooms needs to be updated. Too much food variety but quality needs to be improved. Hotel was fully occupied during my stay but less number of staff for service in rooms.

The food was very bad and always the same.

The didn't have even a medical kit when my mother got an allergic reaction. The manager wasn't friendly too.

Best hotel staff I’ve come across in years, polite, helpful, friendly, willing to helpful the list goes on! The hotel was very clean!!!! It’s close to the beach it has two private pools, the food was excellent just wish they had a little more veggie food as I’m vegan but there is no downsides to this hotel! If I could give them 10 stars ⭐️ I would!
