Standard Double room (full double bed)

it is right in the city center, very convenience to anywhere breakfast is quite good and efficient very clean, and food is good

we were waiting for a long time for checking in (4pm). it didnt take the order who was coming in first in the morning. it was very confusion, need much improvement!

Very close to Rossio, restaurants, Chiado etc... La place Martim Muniz in the evening does not look the best place to be,but the hotel is fantastic

Staff was knowledgeable and willing to help.

rooftop menu was terrible and expensive. Also, server was good but did not speak a word of english. Felt bad but we could not communicate.
