the Staff, very friendly, always willing to help with a smile, special shout out to Beatrice in reception, beautiful lady always so helpful. Good location to walk 3--5 mins to all main areas, and public transport pick up/ drop off right outside hotel. Super-Market outside back door of hotel everything you could need available.

not anything really, if i had to pick small improvement, put a kettle and 2 cups in room, can buy tea/coffee in shop nice to have a cup of tea in room if not going out.
