There were some Indian staff who served well and tried to help.

The reception was not that friendly, the room was not the one we ordered. Very noisy from outside from 5 a m. Food was decent but not really good, coffee ☕️ was awful. We ve received vouchers for breakfast but we prepaid breakfasts at the hotel, so tried to change them to some snacks may be, the reception did not agreed. Very disappointed ( it’s nothing for the hotel. The pool was too little and more for children as well the little beach.. 🏖️ so, it’s ok for two nights when you are on business but not for the rest.. and in front of the beach are still construction work going.. listening excavations during the beach stay was not that pleasant

All Egyptian personal not understand you correctly, on the beaches Egyptian selling excursions - whey are lies to everyone! Hotel not help with this guys , because all personal also from Egypt, I paid 1000 aed to this thief's and return only 650 ! With 2 hours of discussion! Be careful with this guys!

This is a super clean and lovely hotel. We lived it's small beach and the water bottles brought in a small coldbag. The staff was friendly and very attentive. Would definitely go back.
